Rémunération motivante. Bonne coalition des équipes malgré la non-application de certains chef de projet.
Technique de management. Relation inter-équipe. Hiérarchie des employés (question de famille-famille et ami-ami).
Advice to the company: Tenir en compte des avis des employés pour l'amélioration du management. Privilégier les employés si de nouvelles opportunités s'ouvrent à eux. Instaurer une sensibilisation à la formation des employés pour leur développement personnel.
