Private Bank:

- Projet for operational risk mitigation (design of control framework, communication to local CEO, gap analysis and implementation plan design for 2 branches)

Corporate and Investment Banking:

- Reorganization of the Capital Market M/O (governance and org chart, macro-process, volume analysis, impact and stickiness analysis, control set-up, communication to HR)

- Definition of NBI split rules within the centralized management control department (Capital Market & Financing Métiers)

- Project of elaboration and analysis of different fraud scenarii (Kerviel type) on 6 months deals basis

- Study of accounting convergence between Credit Agricole SA and Finaref within the context of the merger Crédit Agricole - Crédit Lyonnais
- Assistance in the project of consolidated financial statement time reducing in BNP Paribas (ADEL Project)
