Equipment and aeronautic systems
Professional experience
2005 - 2010

• Developed and enhanced design principles of sheet-metal parts (aluminium) and composite structure sub-assemblies (in Carbon Fibre Reinforced Plastics material), using CATIA V5 software, within the development phase of two A350 XWB aircraft projects:
- Front nose fuselage lower unit (structure - ATA53)
- Avionic racks and relay plates (electric - ATA92)
• Engineered an innovative system, the Electrical Structural Network (electric - ATA92), in the R&D department of Airbus Central Entity, and supervised a designer with the system modeling (using CATIA V5 aerospace sheet-metal workbench). The system was tested and certified in a full-scale environment using the A350 XWB fuselage demonstrator (Barrel 1A), in July 2010.
• Improved parts design, drafted full set of detailed and assembly drawings, using Catia V5, and generated BOM (bill of materials) using Windchill, for two A400M military aircraft work packages:
- Front nose fuselage bulkhead (structure - ATA53)
- TP-400 engine pylons (engine - ATA54)
• Developed interior design (seat, galleys, bulkheads, doors) within two projects (cabin - ATA25):
- A340-300 VIP and A319 CJ wide-body aircraft at Jet Aviation, using CATIA V5 and SmarTeam.
- Falcon 900 and 7X business jets at Dassault Aviation (Paris), using CATIA V5 and VPM.
• Supervised a team of three designers along the Jet Aviation VIP aircraft project.
• Designed, using Cadds5i, primary structure parts, fasteners data files, and drafted drawings, generated BOM using Gilda, for the A380, A380 Freighter, and A340 aircraft programs

Aeronautic construction
2002 - 2004

• Designed, using AutoCAD, powder transfer systems for the agribusiness and pharmaceutical industries (austenitic stainless steel assemblies) and drafted layout drawings (preliminary phase).
• Communicated directly and closely with clients and suppliers.
• Launched a new range of machine: the FIBC (big-bag) filling station.
• Involved in the assembly of the designed machines and their set-up in the client's plant.

Mechanical industries
2002 - 2002

• Modeled, using SolidWorks software, the overall furniture hardware and integrated it in SmarTeam.
• Involved in the migration phase of the C.A.D. and P.L.M. software (SolidWorks - SmarTeam).
• Assisted employees with SolidWorks modeling and troubleshooting.

Furniture - Wood products
2000 - 2000

• Studied the hydraulic circuit of wireline trucks used in oil well logging.
• Improved the trucks' hydraulic valves implantation.
• Designed set of drawings using AutoCAD.
