Below are the significant responsibilities and achievements of this experience :

- Managing manufacturing of cement mixers and other construction equipments plant
- Monitoring the JV set-up process (initial negotiation with partner, buy-out process, move-out…)
- Preparing and following-up budget, control operating expenses, including investments arbitration
- Daily monitoring and implementing the group strategy.

Sales, Sourcing, Purchasing, Quality Control and Logistics Asia office of ALTRAD Group.

We have completed two offices creations and set-ups in Hong Kong and Suzhou, China, with following main responsibilities and achievements :

- Monitoring products sourcing, identification and validation of Asian suppliers.
- Established logistics office operations.
- Negotiation and purchase management (up to 14M€ annual turnover).
- Implemented quality control system for Chinese purchases.
- Set-up sales network in South-East Asia territories (since 2009).
- Prepared and followed-up budget, and control operating expenses.

Trading specialized in Fall Protection Solutions (EPI)

- Distribution network development (West Europe markets)
- Daily management of purchase and sales administration
- Development of marketing support material for safety products (leaflet, website…)
